Course Description:
An analysis of how to manage low-slope roofing projects across various parameters with a focus on comparisons of the installation speed and installed costs of various multi-ply asphaltic and single-ply systems in order to deliver the best roofing options on time and in budget.

- Understand the relative difference in installed cost of nationally common roof coverings.
- Confidently consider the benefits of self-adhered “speed roofing” with a deeper understanding of product design and material performance.
- Improve your ability to adjust specifications based on project parameters – understand how roof design/features impact labor efficiency.
