This course is designed to educate the participant about the International Code Council (ICC) origins, goals and certification process.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the origins and goals of the International Code Council (ICC)
  • Describe the manufacture's three key requirements in the ICC certification process
  • Describe the four major quality checkpoints in the production of Vinyl/Composite Railing Systems
  • Explain the purpose of each of the sections of an ICC-ES report
  • Discuss how ICC-certified products help with common problems on a job site
