Course Description:
This program has been developed to provide design professionals with a review of the various types of insulated ductwork systems. This course reviews the major issues that must be addressed to design and specify effective ductwork systems.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the primary uses and benefits of fiberglass air duct insulation
- Classify the different types of fiberglass insulated air duct systems
- Categorize the five types of fiberglass air duct insulation, their uses and benefits, installation issues and installation inspection checklists
